Silvus 802.11n PHY Core is a licensable and synthesizable HDL implementation of the IEEE Standard 802.11n Draft 2.0 and its predecessor IEEE Standard 802.11-2007. Silvus 802.11n PHY core has been fully verified and real time tested on Silvus' Wireless LAN Validation Platform.

  • Supports all Mandatory and most of the Optional Data Rates, Modulation Schemes and Coding Rates up to 288 Mbps
  • Fully Backwards Compatible with 802.11 a/b/g
  • Legacy and Mixed Modes
  • Carrier and Symbol Timing Synchronization
  • Digital Automatic Gain Control (AGC) and CCA
  • Digital Tx/Rx Filter
  • DC Offset Cancellation for Zero-IF RF Chipsets
  • Optimized interfaces to Silvus 802.11 MAC solution (customizable to other MAC solutions)
  • IQ ADC (12 bits, 40 MSPS), AGC (8 bits),Transmit Power Control (8 bits)
  • Supported RF include Maxim (MAX2825/7/9, MAX2830/31/32), Airoha (AL2236)
  • Optional Dual Radio Support, Greenfield Mode, and 40 MHz BW
